Making sugar cookies really takes time, and need concentration while drawing it. Starting from scratch;- flour,butter,sugar,eggs turn into dough . Then comes the cutting out the cookies with specific cookie cutter process. Bakes for 15-20 min per batches ,have to wait for the cookie to cool down and then continue to the decorating phase. The outlining process serupalah mcm kita melukis,tapi ini lukis dgn piping bag ...well kalau melukis dgn pensil pun ramai yang herot bengot ni kan pula melukis dgn piping bag...tentulah perlu penelitian..lepas dah flooding with icing ..kene tunggu dia kering...dan lepas tu baru boleh wrap ..........
See...complicated kan process nya..bukan mcm buat biskut biasa...so jangan hairan kalau harganya agak pricey...
