a) 1 flavor only per set BUT for set of 50 you can have 2 flavor
b) Please do take note that at least 50% deposit required for each order. Your order will only consider as confirm once I received the deposit. (It really crucial to placed 50% deposit ,dah few times saya terima order dan atas dasar kepercayaan saya abaikan deposit namun akhirnya tanpa belas kasihan order dibatalkan saat akhir walhal cake yang ditempah sudah saya siapkan. CASH ON DELIVERY TERM only can be applied if both parties agreed. )
c) Please confirm your order minumun seven(7)days in advance.

I can however slot your orders in as little as 4/3 days(only applicable if my schedule not fully booked for the requested date).Just RING me to inquire about available dates. ( EARLY confirmation is needed so that I can buy all the stuff that I need to complete your order. )
d) Customation: Once you have submitted the orders and confirm with the customation ,strictly no color or design change.Customer is fully responsible for their order details that been submit.Please double check your order thoroughly before making confirmation.However ,if you need to make any changes to your order ,please do at least 7 days before the pickup date.
At no extra charges customers are entitled to
- add custom message
-request for custom colour change(choose a max of 3)
For other forms of customisations please provide reference picture .
Please be advised I can't guarantee the outcome of the custom colours or designs you choose will be favourable to your liking.If you are willing to take the risk, I will proceed with the order,however no refund or compesation requests will be entertained should the final product be deemed unsatisfactory.
e) For bulk order (more than 100pcs) at least 1 month confirmation needed!

f) CANCELLATION!
All paid orders and deposits are non-refundable. A 50% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellation .
